Yes, it is true, my Mom toted us from store to store, perusing and examining our possible purchases. She carefully checked over stitching, seams, lining, fabric texture and content. As a smart shopper, she compared quality to the price she was about pay. I think that is when I learned “you get what you pay for.” I still touch and examine every garment as I shop today.

I was shopping with a private client and she made a statement to me that surprised me… “Shopping for clothes scare me.” That stuck with me for several days, so I asked her try to expand on her statement.
