Warby Parker Buy a Pair-Give a Pair.

I love it when someone dares to change the rules. That is what Warby Parker has done. For every pair of glasses you buy, they give a pair to someone in need. It is their company belief that everyone has the right to see. Unfortunately, over 500 million people in the world today don’t have access to proper vision care. They have devoted themselves to helping people see and contribute to their communities. Warby Parker works with non-profit organizations, such as RestoringVision.org, to identify those in need and distribute eyeglasses responsibly. For every pair of glasses that they sell, they donate a pair through RestoringVision to someone in need.

It is super easy. First you select your vintage inspired frames. You can try them on virtually. It is so cool, upload your head shot, let it process, then select the frames you want to try on. Now, if you can’t decide and  are the touchy-feely type, select up-to three frames and they will send them, via UPS at no charge, to you. Try them on and send back the ones you don’t like. Easy enough.

I just received my first Warby Parker frames today. I love them. For $95, they are a steal. That is not just for the frames, but the lenses too! Best of all, my purchase has contributed to the vision of someone in need, making it an all around BRILLIANT “eye-dea.”
